I have an update for you… and it’s a big one!

DreamyBot is officially becoming a real app. Both for iOS and Android. Thoughtfully designed by me, and based entirely on what so many of you have asked for. You can take a look and pre-order now for early access this summer.

I’ll be honest, asking you to pay for something you’ve been using for free feels a little weird. Maybe you're feeling that too? But this shift isn’t about “monetizing.” It’s about choosing to keep going and to grow DreamyBot into something more useful, functional, and meaningful. Both for you and for the long term of this project. It's important to me to preserve the unique space we’ve created here.

So here’s what’s coming:

• A completely new and improved DreamyBot app
• Dream memory (!!), so it actually remembers your past dreams and conversations to help you make connections, identify recurring patterns, beliefs and more.
• A place to log your dreams, revisit them and all your past discussions.
• Your own evolving dream dictionary with symbol tracking (this is VERY cool)
• Summarized dream analysis, reflection questions and journal prompts, and dream guidance/advice you can revisit at any time.
• Our most advanced model, exclusive to app users

And honestly, so many more ideas I’m excited to build.

We’ve resolved an issue where the "Send" button would disappear when sharing long dreams or messages on mobile. Thank you for your patience! Everything should be working smoothly now.

We had to make modifications to our model due to excessive chat abuse. Please read our previous notice for more information. If you had an ongoing conversation that is no longer working, you may to need clear your chat history. If you desire to save your conversation, we recommend copying it and pasting it in your preferred document or notes app. We apologize for any inconvenience.

As DreamyBot continues to grow, we are implementing improvements in real-time. We warmly welcome all our new users! With this increase in users, we’re making necessary adjustments to our chatbot.

Banned Words and Restrictions: We’ve seen a rise in chat abuse, which puts DreamyBot at risk. Our chatbot follows specific terms of use, and any abuse can lead to stricter moderation and an expanded banned words list. Please refrain from misuse, as it could result in a ban from the chat or website. We strive to keep DreamyBot open to all, but continued abuse may force us to rethink accessibility, such as requiring sign-ups or introducing paid services. Most of you use DreamyBot as intended, and heightened moderation helps maintain this safe space.

Chat History and Memory: Currently, when you clear chat history, DreamyBot cannot recall past conversations, which we know can be frustrating for users with ongoing discussions. Chat history can also be impacted when we update or change our models. The ability to save and return to past conversations is our most requested feature, and we are actively working on it. We aim to enhance DreamyBot into a more sophisticated platform while ensuring thoroughness in our development. We're excited to share more about these upcoming features!
